Through the Shonen Jump+ website and app, it has been announced that the manga adaptation of the Karada Sagashi novel will have a new sequel. The manga will be titled Karada Sagashi I, Katsutoshi Murase will return to pencil, scriptwriter Harumi Doki will be in charge of this new series, and Welzard will be credited for the original work. The manga will premiere on September 24.
